Frozen Seafood

Seafarmers supply a vast range of frozen seafood products from respected suppliers such as Sealord, Seaforce, M G Kailis, Mantzaris and Mendolia.

Sealord products include Hoki, Orange Roughy, Smooth Dory, mussels and oysters as well as the Gold Label range of value added products.

Seaforce products include hake, surimi products and flake.

M G Kailis supplies basa fillet and west Austraian and imported rock lobster as well as scallop..

Mantzaris supplies Australian processed arrow squid of very high quality and Victorian 1/2 shell scallop and scallop meat.

Frozen Mendolia sardines from West Australia come as both IQF whole and butterflied.

Better Choice Fisheries have a range of retail packed frozen seafood ideal for freezer cabinets, including scallop, calamari, prawn, mussels and octopus.

Signature crabcakes made with 70% Jumbo and Special white crabmeat, Chesapeake made with 70% clawmeat. Mayonnaise, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices to taste.

Mudcrab claws.

100% Mudcrab, ready to thaw and serve.

Frozen white crabmeat.

Pasteurised before freezing, frozen crabmeat goes through the same exhaustive sorting procedure as the chilled meat, a more economical alternative for manufacturers and some dishes.
