Seafarmers Directors have long supported the drive towards improved food safety and developed a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) based safe food program for the company from an early stage.

Programs have been developed and implemented for suppliers who needed assistance. The benefit being improved levels of both food safety and quality for our customers.

Seafarmers’ comprehensive Safe Food and Quality Program ensures our suppliers follow best practice through growing, harvesting and post-harvest operations to maximise food safety, quality and shelf life for the seafood we supply.

Our Safe Food and Quality Program is audited by SGS (Securite Generale de Survellance) to international standards.
