Transport:

All product is freighted direct from grower to customer or processor following our approved transport procedure, ensuring the maximum shelf life for the customer. If you require specific packaging for your market, please advise our sales department when placing the order.

Ordering and logistics:

Farmed product is harvested to order so domestic delivery times depend on suppliers’ location and harvest schedule. International orders should be placed allowing enough time for consolidation of product, transport and preparation of documentation.

Seafarmers processes and packs product at one of our approved processors located around Australia. Product is then exported directly from those ports to minimise freight costs.

Wild caught product is available seasonally as fresh or frozen. For information on product availability and specifications, contact our sales department.

Quantities supplied to order may be up to 5% more or less than ordered and each species is supplied to our specification.
